What You’ll Do:
Enterprise Microsoft Infrastructure & Security
? Design, implement, and optimize
Microsoft Windows Server environments for reliability and performance.
? Oversee and enhance Active Directory (AD)
, including Group Policies, authentication, and access control.
? Drive the strategic implementation of SCCM
, ensuring efficient patching, software deployment, and compliance.
? Architect and manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
, identity management, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
? Implement advanced security protocols
, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Microsoft SQL Database & Application Management
? Lead the administration, tuning, and optimization of Microsoft SQL Server databases
.
? Troubleshoot complex performance issues, enhance database security, and ensure high availability.
? Establish backup and disaster recovery strategies
to protect critical data.
Enterprise Messaging & Collaboration Systems
? Manage and optimize Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
(Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
? Develop email security policies
, enforce compliance standards, and enhance enterprise communication.
? Ensure seamless collaboration through Microsoft 365 tools, improving user experience and security

Technical Leadership & Support
? Serve as a subject matter expert (SME)

? Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation and IT roadmaps

What We’re Looking For:
? Certifications & Technical Expertise:
? MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert)
– Required
? CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or Azure certifications preferred
? Deep expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, SCCM, Exchange, and Office 365
? Strong understanding of cloud security, hybrid environments, and enterprise IT compliance
? Leadership & Soft Skills:
