- Assist with internal project requests and confirm requirements.
- Communicate with AV vendors to gather pricing, labor availability, and equipment details.
- Support the preparation of internal estimates for account teams.
- Coordinate AV installations by:
- Assisting in the creation of hardware/content maps based on floor plans.
- Scheduling calls with on-site contacts and tracking progress.
- Documenting and maintaining project details (e.g., rental orders, packing lists, vendor invoices).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to tasks.
- Basic knowledge of AV equipment in trade show and permanent installation settings is a plus.
