THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re expanding our team and looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team of experts. You’ll report to our Practice Lead and focus primarily on infrastructure contract staffing, working closely with our recruiting team to deliver high-impact IT talent to top-tier clients.

We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and a proven playbook to help you succeed. You’ll become a subject matter expert in highly sought-after IT roles, helping companies secure top talent while growing your own book of business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business opportunities through internal leads, referrals, networking events, job postings, and industry connections.
Identify and qualify staffing and project-based opportunities, working closely with clients to understand their IT hiring needs.
Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers, including HR, Procurement, and hiring managers.
Partner with our Recruiting Team to match top IT professionals with contract and consulting opportunities.
Own the sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Stay ahead of industry trends by attending tech events, user groups, and networking functions.
Leverage our CRM to track your sales pipeline, manage relationships, and drive long-term growth.
Help shape the future of our business by contributing to strategic initiatives and process improvements.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

2+ years of sales experience in IT staffing, recruitment, or consulting services.
A hunter mentality—you love breaking into new accounts and growing revenue.
Proven ability to manage accounts, build relationships, and navigate complex hiring processes.
Strong negotiation skills with a consultative approach to sales.
Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
A competitive, results-driven mindset—you’re motivated by wins and thrive under pressure.
Bonus: Experience scaling teams, mentoring, or leading sales initiatives.
